Cancellation Policies
- The deposit will only be refundable after 30 calendar days if you cancel your trip at least 60 days before the departure date of the trip.
- For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days, before the start of the trip, 50% of the total value of the package will be returned and will be reimbursed within 30 calendar days if applicable.
- For cancellations made from 30 to 01 days before the start of the trip or the No show to take the travel services (NO SHOW) 100% of the total value of the package will be lost.
-No refund will be made for cancellation of the package, for reasons of force majeure, accident, air connections, legal problems, pending issues for child support, climatic problems, since for these reasons today it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.

-No-show: In case of no-show of the traveler at the reserved hotels, a 10% administrative expense of the agency will be charged, a charge of 3 nights of accommodation, the value of the arrival transfer, the medical assistance card is not refundable.
